This project was awarded to Ilnika Landscaping recently. The project consists of 2750 residential units. A underway is being build from the N4 to accommodate easy access to the development. The new gatehouse is part of the landscape contract. We are currently busy with the temporary gatehouse and the beautification of the dams. Picnic spots are being created and wooden deck jetties are linking the picnic spots to the islands in the dams
